Description

HIMatrix is a modular automation system that can be scaled to meet the needs of any application.  It consists of a number of different modules, including controllers, I/O modules, and communication modules.  The modules are connected together using a redundant Ethernet network.

HIMatrix controllers are based on the Tricon CXS platform.  Tricon CXS is a high-performance, safety-certified platform that is designed for safety-critical applications.  It provides a number of features that make it ideal for these applications, including:

Deterministic performance: Tricon CXS provides deterministic performance, ensuring that critical tasks are always executed on time.
Fault tolerance: Tricon CXS is fault-tolerant, meaning that it can continue to operate even if one or more modules fail.
Redundancy: Tricon CXS supports redundancy at all levels, from the controllers to the I/O modules.
HIMatrix I/O modules are available for a wide range of different sensor and actuator types.  The I/O modules are connected to the controllers using a redundant Ethernet network.
